I was wondering (1) how long has this been a true statement, and (2) in your opinion is the slope of the "Cerveny consistency problem" positive, negative, or flat?
Anybody else? Is there any evidence that the Cerveny tubas are becoming more consistently good or is it the opposite or have things not changed?
