At one time, didn't Conn produce a short-stroke valve with a bore of about 0.770? They probably still have the tooling around to make use of it for a 4th if 1-3 is 0.734.
BTW, I'm a great fan of short-stroke valves--I can't tell any sound degradation between them and the long-stroke variety.
