There's that damn free market, again. To blame the quality of your merchandise on the customer is a way of saying "I'm too lazy to promote my business aggressively to amateur and pro alike." Is someone shopping around for the lowest price a crime? Is wondering if another horn of the same model may be better than the one you have in the store a crime? Be competitive and accomodating and watch where your business gets you (you DID learn that in business school, didn't you? or are you one of those "frustrated ex-band director/never really had what it took to make it as a professional performer" types who thrust themselves into a music business looking for their artistic goose-bump goodies amongst valve oil and cork, then moan when it doesn't pan out the way they wish?)
