Hi everyone. I'm starting a beginner on tuba this week, and would like some advice on how to approach it. I've had lots of experience teaching middle school through college students, but this is my first beginner. Any advice would be very much appreciated. The student is in 7th grade, does not read music, and is big enough to handle the instrument.
