O-99 is a "real" California Olds...assuming it says so on the bell, and has a 16" bell and front-action valves.
If the valves are not worn out (most recent manufactured of these were 1980), its a good $800 - $1200 worth (depending on cosmetics) student/amateur 3/4 size BBb tuba.

footnotes:
- After 1980, this model instrument was manufactured in Indiana, and sold by the Selmer Company ("Bach") for about ten years.
- Prior to 1980, these instruments were also sold with the name "Reynolds" engraved on them (model TB-10) and had slightly different valve caps, etc.
