Try this:
It's a warm-up an instructor had me do every time.
Start on a Bb scale & play it in 8th notes up & down one or two octaves. When you get back to the bottom, keep going down to the G. Go up & down the G minor scale, and at the bottom keep going down to the Eb. Now go up & down the Eb major scale, then the c minor scale , then Ab major, etc. Displace octaves where necessary/convenient until you work your way back to the Bb.
It's really a work-out!
