Here's the top twenty, ranked by salary, from the original list. While, on paper, Chris Hall looks like the highest paid orchestral tubist, he works in Manhattan, the most expensive place in the country. To the right of each orchestra is what each salary would be in "Manhattan" dollars. Just an example of how cost-of-living can effect things....
