i have a delimma, i've been putting off buying a tuba for a while cuz there are so many to choose from but now i think i've got it narrowed down. i know i want CC with 4 pistons+1 rotory. after looking around a bit i am pretty stuck on the miraphone 1295. now comes the tricky part. in the other hand i have the miraphone 186. to rotor or not to rotor? in past experience i have found that pistons tend to have a better/faster action/feel to them.
so the main question is pistons or rotors on a CC, and the sub-question is 1295 or 186?
