We had a thread discussing this in the past, but I can't seem to find it easily. Someone posted a website that outlined military weight requirements.

As I recall it, there is an allowed weight range for a given height, within which a person is deemed to be of appropriate body fat. If you fall outside that weight range, you may still be okay, but you have to undergo a measurement test to determine that the excess weight is not body fat.

This is always an issue for athletes, even low-grade endurance athletes such as myself, because muscle density is much greater than fat density. But the rules take it into account.
