I'm familiar with the standards. I'm active duty Navy at the moment. I'm 5'11" and 200lbs but 17% body fat (males are allowed up to 22%). I just haven't seen anyone mention in these President's Own threads the body composition factor. They all talk about making weight, even the guys in the group.
