Okay, I was noticing when I was in bed, listening to the 2nd, slow movement of my marching band music, I kept on replaying the track because it made me feel all warm and fuzzy inside...*cough* Anyways, is there any music that accomplishes the same for other people here? A few of my favorite songs in this vein are(to give a few ideas):
1. Song Without Words by Gustav Holst(I remember that our junior high band director handed this out to two different bands I was in. We had a very good band program there, but with a song like this, EVERYBODY in the band has to know how to apply musicality to the song.)
2. First section of Prado by Victor Lopez(An excellent song. I just like the 6/8 section best, though :D)
3. Second movement of A Psalm of Life by Steven Melillo(the aforementioned marching band song)

Well, these are just ideas. I'd like to hear about other songs like these.
