Hi. I'm in the final stages of purchasing a 6/4 tuba. My final two choices come down to a Yorkbrunner and a "Nirschlbrunner". Now, this is where I need the help of:
1. People who have had experience(doesn't matter how much or how little) on either of these horns.
2. Seasoned players who have played(or tested) both these horns back to back(for comparison and contrast).
3. People who own either one (or both in some cases) of these horns.
4. Anyone who can contribute a helpful, non-abrasive, comment about the two horns mentioned above.
I prefer direct emails(to prevent the topic getting out of hand), but I would imagine the people who regularly visit this list would like to hear different points of view. Thanks for your time and effort.
