still(some things just take years) thinking of changing equipment.will be using the horn primarily for quintet with a rare use in orchestra.these two seem to be the most widely available in the CCish f tuba used market. I know most of you tubaophiles seem to feel the rotary german sound with some resistance is the ideal,but the quintet tuba sound in my head is a CCish but agile sound.Is the yamaha really worth the 2-3k difference?pros and cons? the willson would of course be a candidate but hardly ever see one used for sale.pistons are a must for me.any opinions welcome...thanks...
