Noisy Valve Problem

Hey everyone,
I need help fixing a noisy valve. Actually, my tuba has two noisy valves but one of them is much more prominant than the other. The are rotary valves on a 20-25 year old Meinl Weston. I have just gotten new cork put on, and I oil the valves under the valve caps, through the tuning slides and through the opposite end of the valve cap, on top, right around where the lever attaches to the valve. I use mostly Al Cass or Yamaha. None of this has really put a damper on the noise. I can't send the tuba in for at least a month and a half because I have three festivals, a scholership competition and an audition coming up.
Any ideas?

Matt
