I'm currently in the market for a tuba, preferably 5/4 in size. I've read several posts here on the BBS concerning Gonitz tubas and apparently these are good horns. My question is how does the Gronitz PCK (their "5/4" tuba) stack up with the PT-6P's, the Willson 3050's, and the Meinl Weston 2155's? Although I welcome all feedback, anyone with direct experience with the PCK should let me know what you think. Comparing/contrasting of this horn with these other fine horns would be greatly appreciated. I'm looking for something with a nice, dark, centered sound with good intonation as well as ease of play and good projection (I know, we're all looking for this), so any insight into these characteristics of the horn would be of value. One extra note: I'm not trying to start any brand wars or raise conflict, I just want to hear some opinions. Thanks in advance and I look foward to hearing what you guys think....
Martin
