WRONG APPROACH!
I agree with many of the points you made but unfortunately, change comes in very
small increments over a long period of time. Organizations (ANY) to not change overnight for better or worse. I am just saying that in my view from my eyes, things are starting to change in the right direction within ITEA for us amateurs. It will take too much time for some and yes, not enough time for others; BUT IT WILL CHANGE!
