Why not a FF tuba?

I'm talking about a true contra bass FF tuba. It would only need to be 4 valve to cover any written music. F tuba fingerings work well in band and orchestral situations. I think you can get the heavier BBb sound for some of the Wagner, etc. that purists give up their CC and F tubas for. Wouldn't have to learn a 3rd set of fingerings either. Anybody have spare time and money for a project like that? It's just an idea that keeps taunting me. I have a 22" bell giant Holton that might make a good starting point.
What do the real performing tubists think of that idea? No sense doing it if there is no market.
