I realize this is a complicated question but, what do those of you with some business savvy think the musical community as a whole needs to do to save our orchestras? It seems to me that if we don't find a way to preserve these national treasures that before too long there won't be many Symphonies left. Is there a viable national strategy (public or private)? I fear that if we wait for this economy to turn around that it will be too late!
